If you are a novice or an established champion, of course its all starts from a discussion with you, the rights holder, about your racing programmes. Where are you racing? In the UK or elsewhere? What exposure does it receive? How many people will attend the events? What television coverage does it have? etc. From here we will advise the most effective way to add value and how we can help. We will help you look at your offering from outside, helping you focus on the commercial benefits of your programme and what types of companies or individuals may be interested in becoming partners.
We will work with you to create an overall strategy and produce sponsorship brochures and other collateral to support this. The next step is the hard one and we will advise on how to approach your targets, working towards securing meetings where you can present your offering, and hopefully secure the funding.
Alternatively we are happy to work with you and take complete control of sourcing sponsors, from initial planning to presentations and contract discussions
Of course the most important thing once a sponsor is secured is to service and maintain that partner. Over deliver, and make sure the company stays on board for many seasons.
